Allow - Surrender - Relinquish
It all began with a simple/complex question. What is the difference between Allow and Surrender? My dear friend and colleague responded with a beautiful and colorful description of Allow as the polite lady and Surrender as the warrior.
So often in my experience words or ideas are planted into my psyche for germination. I have come to the conclusion that my muse, team of guides or simply my inner knowing throw something out into my awareness for me to cultivate into a knowing, which then usually develops into a creative process. Hence the title of these writings "Just my thoughts". I play with an idea over and over again in my head until poof a knowing comes through and I write.
Recently, I had placed myself in a self imposed "state of stuck" while working on the final section of my book . Within this space of stuck the words Allow, Surrender and Relinquish had been spinning in my head.
The idea of allow is very familiar to me, I know it to be the exquisite space which I enter into while facilitating energy healing sessions with the frequencies of Reconnective Healing. The tickley space of let go.
The concept of surrender always brings to mind a 12 step program, as in surrendering to our Higher Power or to cease resistance to the will of God .
Relinquish was a new word or concept for me ... one that required much exploration.
Knowing that Source speaks through many channels, I may ask others what their thoughts are while I am mulling over an idea. This is how it came to pass that I asked the question "What is the difference between Allow and Surrender". The question was intended for our monthly Gratitude Circle. Better said, I had the intention to place this question in the circle. My Source intended for me to ask Melanie. So from my place of stuck I asked the question and the creative magic of allowing began. The visual images which Melanie conjured up, along with her beautiful words has lead to this writing along with few new Characters to guide me.
Here is the most Magical of ALL. That simple/complex conversation was my unstuck button. It was the beginning to the end of my book, soon to be presented to the blissful void of creation.
These words and ideas come with a warning, all action words have a negative and a positive energetic pull, like a magnet. If you are not careful your ego might create a negative connotation for each of these words. Just for today, allow yourself to stick with the positive charge.
My new/old lesson in loving myself has been that the one and only thing I need to control is my perspective. The rest I will gladly let go of.

The keys to the totality of the perfect energetic flow of life. The portal to my connection to All That Is. The equation of unconditional love of self.

Relinquish is the obedient servant of unconditional love. The embracing of the deep knowing that all outcomes are in perfect order with “All that Is”. The remembrance that we are the universe.
Simple Meditation
Close your eyes for a moment and simply Allow the Love of God (your Higher Power) to wash over you. Nothing to do or say … just BE.
When we step into the vortex, quantum field, void or the space of Source Energy, with no agenda except to feel the deep loving stillness of our creator, we become One with All. In this space of unconditional love we encounter the collapse of time and space and the expansiveness of the inner-verse . As we experience this space we may begin to understand that creation is an energetic vibration, guided by an emotional charge (encoding). In this creative space we could place a worldly intention to receive a new car, a billion dollars, a perfect partner, or we could surrender to the knowing that there is nothing to want for. When we let go of the need to control and relinquish to simply BE in the essence and power of God’s unconditional love we find that there is no need to want for anything. We find ourselves in a state of awe and wonder, allowing Love to flow as Love will, knowing that All is Well.
